Welcome to STRIKE LEAGUE Girls Flag Football! Since 2022, we have been dedicated to serving female athletes in the Oklahoma City metro area. This spring will be our fifth season of girls’ flag football, and we want you to join us! Save the date for January 10th!
Since girls' flag is still relatively new in our region, we are aware that our athletes will have varying skill levels and experiences on the field at the same time. This variety allows us to self-identify as a "competitive recreational league." We are genuinely committed to the philosophy of "every girl must play," but still find it important to fuel the competitive edge by keeping score and tracking wins and losses for seeding purposes. Ultimately, there can only be one winner in the end-of-season championship tournament.
Our goal is to introduce girls to the sport and instill in them the drive to excel within it!

Cost:
$240 REGISTRATION FEE
(includes uniform, field, and officiating fees)
When registering your athlete, you can claim her status as a free agent (individual), request to play with a friend who is also joining with STRIKE, or as a team.
Seven weeks.
1-2 day practices per week (time and location at the coach’s discretion).
Spring Dates:
6:30 PM, 7:30 PM, and 8:30 PM kickoff times

(BYE WEEK) April 17th

The most significant way we grow is through word of mouth. The larger the number of teams in a division, the more diverse the players and strategies become, resulting in a significantly improved experience for both player and coach. Share this link in your group chats and social media stories. Talk about STRIKE with your friends and fellow sports parents. Encourage your best friend to join you! New experiences are always better when shared!
Do you want to have fun *AND* win?
Form a team to participate in STRIKE LEAGUE. The most successful teams in our league are made up of players who are familiar with each other from other sports and are returning for future seasons with a sense of comfort and camaraderie (we have had teams go from the cellar to the championship game in a matter of three seasons). Recruit members from your softball, basketball, soccer, or other squads, and bring four to five girls to register with you. Position yourself for success on the gridiron!
*Groups of four to five athletes must provide their own coaching.
**IMPORTANT** IF YOU WANT TO FORM A TEAM, IT’S IMPERATIVE THAT ONE OF THESE ATHLETES CAN ADEQUATELY PLAY THE QB POSITION!

New Rule Changes for the Middle School Division:
To enhance the understanding of the game between player and coach, we have revised the rules to more closely align with 5v5 USA Flag regulations.
